Steven Douglas / Recruiting Assistant Intern

Steven’s primary responsibility is to assist the CEO in recruitment of players for the NFL draft.

A lifelong sports fan, Steven has been playing sports since he was five years old.  In eighth grade he found his passion for football, eventually becoming the starting running back all four years for his high school team.  While attending college on a football scholarship, Steven sustained a career-ending injury, but that did not end his dream of being involved in professional football; he simply rearranged his thinking and turned a negative into a positive by choosing to focus on helping other players achieve their goals of playing professional sports.

Steven, a sports management major at Ashford University, brings with him over eight years of sales, marketing, and management experience, most recently with Verizon.  With his knowledge of the sport, his commitment to assisting other athletes live their dream, and his business skills, Steven is in a unique position to help players better understand the game on both a professional and personal level.
