Utilizing his training facility, Elite Fitness Institute in Vernon Hills, IL, Jeff is personally responsible for the training and preparation of our athletes for the NFL Combine, Pro Days, and upcoming seasons.  Jeff provides individualized training programs and consultations for players outside his geographical area, monitoring their progress and assisting them in making the most of their training.
